E-Calc Formula
E-Calc Formula is an app for solving many different formulas based on the electrical field of work or study. The many features of E-Calc Formula make it very useful including;
- real time solving, formulas are solved at each keypress and each value change
- all iterations of formulas are available and displayed in a handy status bar
- as you focus on different variables within a formula the status bar shows the formula rearranged for that value
- everytime the app solves a formula it shows what iterations of the formula it used
- highlight a formula variable to display what the letter represents and in what unit it is in
- a modifier column means you can easily modify any number from pico values to tera values
- work in feet, meters, and yards
Formulas supported by E-Calc Formula are;
- ohm's law
- single phase power
- series resistors
- parallel resistors
- series inductors
- parallel inductors
- series capacitors
- parallel capacitors
- inductive reactance
- capacitive reactance
- wire resistance
- LC resonance
- single phase voltage drop
- three phase voltage drop
- single phase transformers
- three phase transformers
Help is available within the app through an on screen text or through email. Formulas will be added based on user suggestions for future updates.
