http://Wapdroid.com is a utility that monitors it's location and turns wifi on or off based on it's proximity to known networks and also monitors and updates the ranges of known networks with the intent to extend battery life.

The initial screen has buttons to toggle wifi on or off, and to refresh the current location. The Menu button has options to manage known networks, or reset the Wapdroid data. Under network management, networks can be removed, or the linked cell locations for the networks can be viewed or removed.
