Opera Mobile 8.65 does work onthe 诺基亚 n97 with some caveats.

The n97 has to be in an open qwerty position due to the fact that opera will only work via the use of the 4 way navigation keypad and the onscreen menu options.


Those caveats I mentioned are you can not use full-screen mode. If you attempt to do so, opera will crash.

You can switch between other opens apps and continue to use the phone as normal with the qwerty open. If you close the slide, opera will close immediately.

I have used Opera mobile since my very first symbian handset the 6600. I do not know, if ever, we will see opera mobile 9.5 or 9.7 for the nokia s60v3 or s60v5. The above method is an acceptable alternative for me due to the fact that I am a great fan of opera mobile’s small-screen-rendering. One thing I do miss however, is browsing one-handedly with the handset in the closed position.

The attachment is the original opera+keygen to be found in this forum. I do not want anyone to misunderstand me and to think that I cracked this opera or modded it in any way.
