just link ur phone with ur pc by the USB .. open SE PC suite & go to file manger a window will open then select ur phone & the file where u want to place the theme in ..
by Bluetooth :
turn on the bluetooth on both ur phone & pc .. then search for devices .. choose ur phone .. send the file & then save it on your phone ..
