http://www.altools.net/Downloads/DownloadALZip/tabid/88/Default.aspx
(just double click on the .zip file and it AlZip will open up, then pick extract. You can also right-click on the files and use the AlZip menu)
4. Connect the phone to your PC via the cable and open up Skin Manager.
5. You PC should recognize the phone and begin installing drivers, let it do this automatically.
6. Once done Skin Manager will begin reading the contents of you phone, you should see the progress at the bottom status bar of Skin Manager as a string of files and a percentage reading.
7. The main window will fill with whatever skins you have on the phone already.
8. Now click on install and a window will pop up, make sure all items are UNCHECKED then click OK.

10. The skin will automatically start to install on the phone and you can monitor the progress at the bottom of Skin Manager. It will take a few minutes to install so be patient.
11. Once install Skin Manager will re-read the contents of the phone as when you first connected.
12. Once it's done doing that click on 'MORE' and then 'Restart Phone'
13. The phone will 'reboot' and you done.
14. You will need to go into the phone's personalization menu and select ScuderiaFerrari for it to show.
P.S.- I got you shoutout but the e-mail is not showing for some reason.
gatioru I would suspect it's the carrier, who do you have? I've noticed that each carrier has it's own unique setup, for instance Verizon phones can't be skinned while Sprint phones can.
Do you have it set on digital? The clock only shows un on analog since it's actually a .gif clock and not part of the wallpaper. The choice was made so that if someone installs a different wallpaper the clock will still show.
yecap it's on my phone right now and it's on the phone of a lot of other people. It works fine on the V3. The file is a bit big for a skin so it does take up space but it works.
