Download the "Susu" skin (http://gallery.mobile9.com/f/165210/), and in the zip is a beautiful program to use. Make shure to read the readme that comes in the zip!

1) Install the drivers for your Motorolla Phone.
2) Install P2KCommander and execute it (this will create some devices in your device manager tree)
3) Install a Skin Manager (like SkiMan).
4) Run the SkiMan according to the following doc: http://www.themotoguide.com/installingskins.php
Google to get the above software/drivers.
I had no issues installing the Theme on my Razr. Only when I rebooted it took considerable amount of time to become active again. I was for a moment or two scared. ;-)
