bro,i mean the RAM not the memory,if many apps or tasks are running in same time,the phone's RAM become low , then it's preferable to kill some tasks or close certain apps to gain RAM,this file is a big sized one so your phone needs more RAM to get it work ,that's why you can't get it work in it till now.
