Instructions on how to apply theme:

Du musst auf jedem Fall den GO Launcher EX installiert haben. Gibt's kostenlos im Market oder hier: http://gallery.mobile9.com/f/2198350/
Dann erst kann man das Thema aktivieren.
i sorry can you tell me how creat the theme
1. You must have GO Launcher installed.
2. To apply the Theme within GO Launcher EX : MENU >preferences > Theme preferences
3. To change icons: Long press an icon > Replace > Theme's icons > Windows 7
