this apt package say "problem parsing this packge"

Yup it's in .apt format, this theme works for panda home, 1st you gotta install panda home in Android Market, then open your panda home themes then add local apt/zip theme and voila it will extract automatically, all of the apt themes that I uploaded here is already tested on my android phone. Hope this will help, if the problem still persists, I guess this theme isn't compatible with your phone.
