1. first open any folder before the download and go onto tools, folder options and then go to view and untick hide folder extensions (this lests u see the file type)
2. then dowload the file you want (prefrebly onto ur desktop).
3. then right click on the zip folder and click properties, and right at the top there is the name of the folder, delete the .zip and put in .utz and it should say are you sure u wish to change the file type click yes and wait and it should change and then just download onto your phone.
so i hoped thats helped you gutys see ya
