1.download this file
2.sign it &install or hack & install
3.it will be in install app folder
4.when start it,give the apn,& select both option
5.now go to the local & search video
6.go to menu-set up-systam setting
7.chang the default decoding to softwere decoding
8.save it
Now u can play video fo more than 15fps in your nokia c5 03,also as default ,enjoy
