you must have SKIN MANAGER and/or P2k COMMANDER (download from e398mod.com) u must have Win XP sp 2 or above.
Now connect ur phone to the PC and launch Skin Manager.
if ur computer ask for motorola driver get it from e398mod.com or search it on google.
