first. go to yahoo. search for MOTOROLA SDL. it is an application used for your computer to recognize the phone. i dont know if it is applicable for all motorola phone, but it looks like a product of moto so it may. it is free. next, download SKIN MANAGER for motorola phones. do it in yahoo. i also downloaded the P2K but its more complicated so i suggest you use skin manager.
process in installing. -connect your phone -open motorola SDL. you will notice that the memory card will be disconnected from the computer. and from that on,it means your phone memory is being used by the computer instead of the memory card. -open skin manager.wait until the files are already shown and READY is already displayed in the lower left of skin manager. -select install.make sure the check box dont have check in any of them. -click OK -choose the theme you want to install. the theme should already be saved in your computer before installing. after installing, wait for it to preview the new installed theme in the list. then press F10. this will restart the phone.
after restarting the phone, disconnect. open your phone. go to settings. skin. there you will see the new theme. for any questions email me at c_kenneth_10@yahoo.com ... its my pleasure to help.

To install Skins into your cellphones you need
1) USB Cable
2) Skins Manager (google for it)
3) P2K drivers installed (not sure about this, but anyway...)
Start up the Skins Manager > Connect the cell > wait till the program finishes scanning the phone > "Install" > Select the ".ski" file (it has to be in the same folder as the other files) > Wait for it to finish installing the skin > Restart the phone > Select your new skin > Enjoy
