For expired Certificate:
1.)Go to app manager, set software installation to ALL and the online certificate check to NO.
2.) Change your phone's date to 2000. Then you can change it back to 2010.

Just adjust your phone's date to a few month back then reinstall. After installing, re-adjust the date. Easy as that!
I normally set it a year back (Ex. 2008 -> 2007), install the app/theme, then revert back to the correct date. Simpler that way. Hope this helps.
