in app go to nastavenia and select jezky and and select english

Yes.. Thats right.... Click on Nastavenia and click on Jezky and then again select English.. and then press back button and exit from apliction... again restart it... changed in English

It's kind of hard to do what this program is designed for cause you need to be granted access to the other phone before you can connect. You have to have the same password. Anyone who used bluetooth knows that.
@boomerang535 (and other people who don't get it):
Depends on the phone settings of the other person. Some people have no "firewall" or anything alike, and anyone can connect to the phone. Other phones (good ones) do have security and can only be connected to, after being accepted.
