Either:

1) Connect your phone up via usb and download the jar file into your phone, find it in the File Manager and install it.
2) Go onto the web browser on your mobile and go to http://wap.mobile9.com/ , then on that site type in the code to download it directly to your phone.

Oh and if you're having trouble installing it, you could try this jad maker, some phones need both a jad and jar file for the application to work. You can find the program here ( http://www.softpedia.com/get/互联网/Telephony-信息-GSM/JADMaker.shtml ), I've not tried it myself but i'm sure its pretty self explainatory, and its worth a shot to see if it works.
