go to settings -> application manager -> der u'll find ur uninstalled file or the file which u r getting error on installation... in that file settings n software installation select (ALL)and in ONline certification Check select (OFF).
then install it again .... if dis does'nt work.. den the certificate is expired .. dont try to install again
