MP3 Editor is a python based mp3 cutter, joiner, and tag editor for s60 devices.

MP3 Editor will cut full mp3 songs into desired length whatever compression rate was used. With accuracy of 0.1 second, precised cut is desired.
RINGTONES TOO SHORT? THEN BOND THEM OUT OF THE SAME RINGTONE OR SEVERAL RINGTONES. (As long as you have enough RAM memory). Don’t worry if compression rate are different as long as it is mp3.
THE ORIGINAL FILES STILL REMAIN WHITHER YOU CUT IT OR BOND THEM.

THE CUTTER:
select mp3 file to be edited from the music folders
use left or right navi key to move within the song
up or down to increase or decrease the volume
1 or 3 keys to position the beginning of the edited song
4 or 6 to position the ending of the edited song
7 or 9 to increase or decrease accuracy of the movement
once done, press left soft key and “select” to start editing or else “cancel”.
the edited mp3 will have “_lite_0″ suffix to a title.

THE JOINER:
select the first mp3 file to be joined from music folders
after selecting the second mp3 file it will ask you to continue adding more mp3 to be joined, press “ok” if want to add more, or “cancel” and your selected mp3 file will be joined.
joined mp3 files will have a name of the first mp3 selected with a “_glue_0″ suffix to it (if only two), but for more than 2, it will have a “_glue_0_glue_0″ suffix to it.

THE TAG EDITOR:
here you can add or edit certain informations of the mp3 file such as; Title of the song, Artist(s) of the song, Album where the song is included, Time, Comment to the song, and an option to change the coding.
when done editing tag, just press “exit”.
