N 81 running Operatyng system 9.2 featured pack 1 it's the old brother of my N 78 (Os 9.3 featured pack 2) they are the called candy car type phones. I installed secman and it worked in my N78, so I think it works also with your phone. So Uninstall secman and do it again, then open the file and select install server 9.1 and capsdrive 9.1, the other options you should leave in blank or else it will not work. After installation go to applications and open Secman then install rootcertificate and the device will reboot, if it doesn't reboot it your self. Turn it on, go to secman and turn caps off and it's done, your phone is now in hacked mode and you can install anything you want

Or your phone just dont accept the installation? What is the message you got when you try to do it? I think you should go To http://gallery.mobile9.com/f/706892/ there is a very good tutorial how to install it.
