The problem usualy is an incorrect usage of the memory. (f.e. by installing multiple 主题)
How to get to work:
1) Clear the memory using a memory manager. (http://gallery.mobile9.com/f/752974/)
2) select "Quick boost" and let it run for a minute.
3) Turn your phone off for a minute.
4) Turn your phone on again.
